Circula-TEX is a Horizon Europe project that aims to support the EU strategy for Sustainability and Circular Textiles.
The project seeks to redesign textile value chains by developing circular economy strategies aligned with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies.

Circula-TEX goes beyond theoretical research by testing and validating its solutions through real-world case studies, experimenting with new models for textile waste collection, recycling, and management across different market segments in Europe. The project aims to make the textile sector more transparent, responsible, and sustainable, generating both environmental and economic benefits.
Eco-design
Eco-design and sustainability, with strategies to facilitate the design of products that are easier to recycle and reuse.
Traceability
Traceability and material identification, through the development of an advanced labeling system aligned with the Digital Product Passport and the ESPR regulation.
